Say hello to ‘Massimals MKE’, downtown’s newest public art installation in Cathedral Square Park.
These five life-size polar bears by artist Jason Scroggin are out of hibernation for the winter, and they encourage Milwaukeeans to safely get out and explore downtown. They were assembled and installed for the winter with the help of students from the UWM School of Architecture.
The sculptures make for a fun photo opportunity during the day, and they are lit up at night.
There is also a playground in Cathedral Square Park to round out your visit.
