Future Leaders Scholarship

We believe in the power of education and the importance of investing in our future generations.

Milwaukee With Kids is proud to offer a $1000 scholarship to deserving students who embody the values of our community. This scholarship aims to recognize outstanding individuals and provide them with financial assistance to pursue their educational goals.

Award Amount: $1000

Number of Winners: We will select one exceptional student to be the recipient of the scholarship.

Deadline Date: The application deadline for this scholarship is March 15th, 2024. Please make sure to submit your application before this date to be considered for the award.

Requirements to Qualify:

  1. Residency: Applicants must be residents of the city of Milwaukee to be eligible for this scholarship. Proof of residency, such as a valid ID or utility bill, may be requested during the selection process.
  2. Academic Achievement: Applicants must have a minimum GPA of 3.0 (on a 4.0 scale) to be eligible for the scholarship.
  3. Community Involvement: We value individuals who actively contribute to their communities. Please highlight any volunteer work, extracurricular activities, or leadership roles you have undertaken.
  4. Essay: Submit an essay of 500-750 words discussing a topic related to community service or personal growth. This is an opportunity for you to showcase your writing skills and provide insights into your aspirations and goals.
  5. Enrollment Status: You must be a high school senior to apply for this scholarship.

To apply for the Milwaukee With Kids Scholarship, please follow the instructions below:

  1. Prepare your application materials, including your essay and documentation of academic achievement and community involvement.
  2. Compose an email with the subject line: “Milwaukee With Kids Scholarship Application – [Your Name]”
  3. In the body of the email, include the following information:
    • Full Name
    • Contact Information (Phone Number, Email and Address)
    • Academic Information (School Name, GPA, etc.)
    • Community Involvement and Extracurricular Activities
  4. Attach your essay and any additional required documents to the email.
  5. Send the email to hello@mkewithkids.com.

Please ensure that all the necessary information and documents are included in your email before sending it. Incomplete applications may not be considered.
