Spend a day with your daughter or mom at Hawthorn Glen. Strengthen your personal mother-daughter relationship by taking a hike together & making a craft. The activities will guided by one of their professional naturalists, and you are free to spend time together on your own at the nature center.
2. Mamma Mia! Mother’s Day Screenings at Avalon Theater | Ages 13+

The Avalon Atmospheric Theater is screening “Mamma Mia” this weekend only.
Join the Avalon for special Mother’s Day screenings of MAMMA MIA! featuring a delicious brunch menu of Butterscotch French Toast (house-made brioche soaked in sweet egg custard and fried until crisp) with Fresh Fruit Salad, and a Passion Fruit Mimosa. 3. Mommy & Me – Mermaids @ Farmhouse Paint Bar | All Ages

Join in-person or virtually for a Mother’s Day Special with your little one. They will teach you step by step how to paint with acrylic paint on stretched canvas. Insider “how to’s” and “pro tips” make this class a fun learning experience.
4. Make a Gift for Mom – Planter Workshop at Lammscapes!

Create a gift for Mom at Lammscapes’ beautiful facility in Jackson. The craft includes a small pot with spring flowers & a Mother’s Day card.Planter workshops are located outdoors and in the greenhouse. Bring a pair of gloves and dress for the weather. Participants can wear a mask and tables are spaced out for social distancing.
5. Mother’s Day at the Zoo | Free admission for Moms

Moms get in free to the Milwaukee County Zoo on Mother’s Day.
All moms receive FREE admission on their special day; parking & concession fees still apply. Face Masks are required.
Stop by and say hi to Patty The Lioness, the Zoo’s newest mom. She lives with her two daughters. You can also say hi to the mother/daughter giraffe duo, Maya & Marlee.
Hippo Haven is also now open for the season. Check in on Happy the Hippo and he swims around his giant watering hole.
6. Muffins with Mom Little Leapers at Sky Zone Waukesha | Ages 1-7
