Menomonee Falls has just become a tad sweeter and more colorful with the opening of Bubble Tea Bar, a new permanent location dedicated to bringing over 30 flavors of the beloved tea-based beverage to both young and old.
Situated at N88 W16739 Main St., the heart of downtown, kids and parents alike can explore a world of flavors, textures, and fun.
Lana Voden, the visionary behind Bubble Tea Bar, transitioned from a food truck serving up joy at special events to establishing a permanent foothold in Menomonee Falls.
Bubble Tea Bar opened its doors on February 9th, inviting families to dive into the unique experience that is bubble tea, often described by Voden as “the equivalent to coffee or espresso-based iced drinks except for tea lovers.”
Bubble tea, for those new to the craze, combines the refreshing qualities of tea with the playful addition of tapioca pearls or other toppings, making each sip a delightful surprise.
Voden takes pride in introducing a diverse menu, including fruit teas made with green or black tea bases and fruit syrup, and milk teas crafted from black tea, flavored powders, and milk.
What sets Bubble Tea Bar apart are the “fun toppings” – from red beans to cheese foam and sweet foam, each addition promises a dynamic taste adventure that kids especially love.
The flavor roster at Bubble Tea Bar is impressive, boasting more than 30 combinations.
Recent additions like vanilla chai, spiced chai, chocolate milk tea, and coffee-flavored varieties mean there’s always something new to try.
And with plans to introduce blended milk teas, smoothies, and slushies made from real fruit in the spring, the menu is ever-evolving.
Although Bubble Tea Bar’s cozy dimensions don’t allow for indoor or outdoor seating, it’s well poised for families on the go.
Customers can order online for pickup or delivery, making it a convenient option for busy parents or those looking to add a special treat to family outings.
The shop’s hours, from 11 a.m. to 7 p.m. Monday through Saturday, cater to after-school and weekend family adventures.
Besides its permanent location, Bubble Tea Bar will continue to engage with the community through its food truck at events and a vending machine at Mequon Public Market.
