Wednesday, September 25 from 4-5pm and Wednesday, November 13 from 4-5
(Ages 6 – 11) Children will learn yoga through poses and games, plus breathing and mindfulness exercises. Wear comfortable clothing and bring a water bottle; a yoga mat is strongly encouraged.
