Ceramic Stacking Bowls (Ages 10+) on Fridays, May 3 & 17 (2 sessions) from 6:00 – 8:00pm at The Sharon Lynne Wilson Center for the Arts 3270 Mitchell Park Dr Brookfield WI
Create a set of three lovely small stacking bowls in stoneware clay. In this 2 part workshop, students will learn the hand-building pottery technique for making pinch pots. These are wonderful for use in food prep, for small servings, as well as gift giving. The versatility and variety of possible embellishment can be decorated to match any decor.
Workshops are 2 weeks apart, 2 hours each session. Workshop one in this series will be the clay work. Workshop two will focus on the decorative aspect with glaze. The bowls will be fired after the workshop.
Students will be able to pick up their items on Tuesday, May 21st from 5:30pm to 7pm.
