Visit Milwaukee unveiled the new Milwaukee Cheese Curd Pass last week, and it’s completely free.
The cheese curd pass will get you deals from 20 local restaurants that sell cheese curds, usually amounting to a couple of bucks off the price.
Many of the restaurants participating are very family friendly, including AJ Bombers, SafeHouseMilwaukee, The Bavarian Bierhouse, and Darilyland Old-Fashioned Frozen Custard and Hamburger.
To receive yours, head to Visit Milwaukee’s website and fill out a brief form. The pass will be delivered to you instantly via text, and will be valid until May of 2023.
“The Milwaukee cheese curd is a delicacy that’s not only cherished by locals, but also revered by foodies around the world,” Peggy Williams-Smith, president and CEO of Visit Milwaukee, said in a press release.
“We cannot think of a better way to promote the remarkable local businesses that sell this sacred food than with a pass that brings locals and travelers together.”
If you download the pass in May, you automatically get entered into a contest to win free cheese curds for a full year.
Harley Davidson’s Motor Bar and Restaurant will host a pop-up event to celebrant the launch of the cheese curd pass on May 12th from 4:00 – 6:00 p.m.
