Milwaukee is about to make a splash with the U.S. debut of Red Bull Wake The City, an exciting and innovative wakeboarding competition coming to Lakeshore State Park on August 31, 2024.
This event, which had a successful start in Milan, Italy, brings a unique doubles format to wakeboarding, where 36 of the world’s top riders team up to tackle five challenging features, all while aiming to impress a panel of expert judges.
The action kicks off at 11:00 AM when the gates open to the public.
From there, it’s a full day of high-flying stunts and fierce competition, with the men’s qualifications starting at 12:00 PM, followed by the women’s qualifications at 1:30 PM.
The energy heats up in the afternoon with the men’s semi-final at 2:30 PM, leading up to the women’s final at 3:30 PM and the men’s final at 4:00 PM. The day will wrap up with an awards ceremony at 4:30 PM.
