Milwaukee is in for a treat again this summer.
The Milwaukee Art Museum announced the return of their free outdoor event series, Lakeside at MAM, to be held along the shores of Lake Michigan.
Visitors can expect art making with the Kohl’s Art Studio, lawn games, a lineup of local musicians from various genres, yoga and dance classes, and a picnic or patio dining with fresh, casual fare refreshments from the Museum Café featuring Discourse: Coffee Workshop.
Lakeside at MAM performers and partners include Anja Elise, Anne Heaton with Frank Marotta, Jr., B-Free, Blue Sound Healing, Bruce Humphries, Chris Siegel, DJ Bizzon, DJ DRiPSweat, Donna Woodall, Embody Yoga, Kia Rap Princess, Ko-Thi Dance Company, NileXNile, Pulpa de Guayaba, Quinten Farr, Roxie Beane, Sara and Kenny, Skai Academy, Tia Richardson, and the Wisconsin Conservatory of Music.
Weather permitting, Lakeside at MAM takes place on the Museum’s east lawn along the lakefront (700 N. Art Museum Drive, Milwaukee, WI 53202).
The events will take place on the following days and times:
Saturday, July 30, 11 a.m.–4 p.m.
Sunday, July 31, 11 a.m.–4 p.m.
Saturday, August 13, 11 a.m.–4 p.m.
Sunday, August 14, 11 a.m.–4 p.m.
Saturday, August 20, 11 a.m.–4 p.m
Sunday, August 21, 11 a.m.–4 p.m
