Keeping the Park Clean
With up to 100,000 people expected to gather at the Milwaukee lakefront for this free event, it’s crucial that we all do our part to keep the park clean.
As you park your vehicle in Veterans Park, you will be provided with a trash bag. Visitors are requested to take their trash home with them, helping to maintain the beauty of the park for future visitors.
Volunteer Cleanup Opportunity
Following the fireworks display, there will be a volunteer cleanup effort along the lakefront. This is a wonderful opportunity to give back to the community and contribute to the cleanliness of our parks.
If you’re interested in participating, volunteer cleanup help will be needed from 6 a.m. until 10 a.m. on July 4th. Additionally, on July 5th, volunteers will be needed at various parks throughout Milwaukee County.
