Shorewood High School, in collaboration with its student club Youth Rising Up (YRU), is proud to announce the 11th Annual Black History Celebration on Thursday, February 27, 2025 at 7:00 p.m. in the Shorewood High School Gensler Auditorium.
This year’s theme, “Black on Broadway,” will highlight the profound contributions of Black artists to the world of Broadway, one of the most iconic stages in history. This year’s performance will be entirely student-led.
The show is open to everyone, and seats are first come first serve. Students and seniors are $5, all others are $10. Tickets can be purchased in advance online or at the door. Don’t miss this incredible opportunity to support our students and celebrate Black History through the arts.
