The Yard at BAYSHORE will come alive with wicked displays and eerie-sistible entertainment on Friday, October 25, 2024 from 5-8 p.m., with the 5th Annual BAYSHORE BOOgie Bash & Costume Contest.
In partnership with Spirit Halloween and St. Francis Children’s Center, the free family event will host a kids dance party and costume contest with prizes at 6 p.m.
The free, family-friendly celebration will kick off with The Great Pumpkin Giveaway in The Yard, where the first 500 children ages 2-12 will receive a free pumpkin to decorate in Discover the North Shore’s kid zone during the event.
Festivities include a Kid Boogie Down costumed dance party at 5pm and costume contest at 6 p.m. Dance with Fairytale Birthday Company princesses, enjoy face painting, balloon twisters, candy and goodie bag giveaways while supplies last.
“This is one of our favorite community events every year, because not only is it free for families to enjoy, but to see the children dressed up, dancing, and having fun with their families is what the Bayshore experience is all about,” said Brenda Vento, marketing manager, BAYSHORE.
The event will be centrally located in The Yard at BAYSHORE, 5800 N. Bayshore Drive in Glendale.
Boogie Bash partners this year also include El Sazón Dominicano, Mr. P’s Grilled Cheese, Scratch Ice Cream, Tiffany’s Dessert Bar, North Shore Fire Department, St. Francis Children’s Center, Vibez Creative Arts Space, Hawaii Fluid Art, European Wax Center, and Rocky Rococo’s.
